I discovered the world of cryptocurrency in late 2016 and dove headfirst down the rabbit hole. My passion for this exciting and ever-evolving industry has only grown stronger over the past few years, during which I've had the opportunity to work in crypto and gain valuable insights and knowledge.
I am now dedicated to sharing my experience and expertise with others, helping them navigate the complex world of crypto. With a focus on education and safety, I am committed to helping others achieve success.

Currently I am a customer success manager at a leading crypto analytics platform for professional crypto investors. I am responsible for onboarding, user acquisition and engagement on the platform.
While Head of Customer Success at Easy Crypto, I was the face of the community, managed the helpdesk and created a knowledge base of resources to help customers navigate crypto and the platform.
Led the University of Canterbury Crypto and Blockchain Society, where I drove efforts to educate and raise awareness about the benefits of cryptocurrency and blockchain technology among students and the wider community.
Founded Charlato, a gelato shop in Christchurch that was one of New Zealand's first retail stores to accept Bitcoin as a form of payment. A total of 20 customers paid for gelato using crypto!
